Section 11: Calling/Access Codes
For security purposes, the following information may only be published in the instructions section of the secure ShowingAssist program provided by the MLS: combination lock-box codes, security gate codes, security system alarm codes or any other codes for equipment or systems designed to ensure the security of the property. The penalty for non-compliance is outlined in the General Fine Schedule (See Article 11/Section 4.2).
